Adults 18+ only

Online betting is prohibited for anyone under 18. Licensed operators verify each person's identity and age before letting them play.

Gambling carries financial risk

Betting involves financial risk. Bonuses do not guarantee winnings or remove possible losses. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, never a way to earn money.

Beach rules

  • Before you start, decide how much you can afford to lose, and stick to it.
  • Set a time limit and keep to it.
  • Take breaks. If it stops being fun, stop.
  • Don't chase losses: trying to win back what you lost usually makes the loss bigger.
  • Don't gamble with money meant for essentials or with borrowed money.
  • Don't gamble when you're upset, tired or drinking.
  • Use the limit and self-exclusion tools operators offer in your account.

Warning signs

  • You play for longer, or with more money, than you planned.
  • You hide how much you gamble from family or friends.
  • You borrow money or sell things to keep betting.
  • You feel irritable when you try to cut down.
  • Gambling is affecting your work, studies or relationships.
